I know of no sure way to overcome that, but you could try deleting all your memorized payees, then re-creating them all (backup first). which the above Validate could not, did not, fix. If the problem does not occur in a New Quicken file, that is an indicator that your current file has corruption. If that doesn't help: try creating a New Quicken file (File > New), create a test account and a couple of test memorized payees and see if the problem still occurs. If the problem no longer appears, keep using the Validated file. Then test using memorized payees in the Validated file. File > File Operations > Copy (do not change any of the options) If Sync is not involved, try validating your Quicken file. turn off sync in the restored file (until Quicken gets the Sync problems fixed)
